I was a laboratory assistant in Dr. Sarah Spaulding's Diatom Lab from September 2015 to September 2018. In May 2018, I received my BA in Environmental Studies and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado - Boulder. During my undergraduate schooling I was fortunate enough to spend the Fall 2017 semester abroad in Wollongong, Australia. In September 2018, I departed for Cameroon to work as a Crop Extension Volunteer for the Peace Corps.
