I am a biologist from Colombia currently working on my Master's degree in Earth and Quaternary Science at Indiana State University. I started working with diatoms during my undergrad studying Colombia's floodplain lakes and further took that interest in diatoms by coming to the US and working in Dr. Jeffery Stone's Paleolimnology lab. I have an interest in studying past ecosystem dynamics and understanding landscape-climate-lake relationships.
