Compare

Cavinula cocconeiformis has a larger and more oval central area and slightly radiate striae at mid-valve. Small specimens of C. cocconeiformis and C. jaernefltii are difficult to distinguish from one another. Cavinula vincentii has strongly radiate striae at mid-valve.
