Encyonema Minutum Guide
  1. Striae parallel in center
  2. Dorsal striae radiate near apicies; ventral striae convergent near apices
  3. Distal raphe ends ventrally deflected

Valves have a convex dorsal margin and a flat, or slightly convex, ventral margin. Proximal raphe ends are slightly deflected to the dorsal side. Striae are parallel in the central valve. Distal raphe ends are strongly ventrally deflected.
