Valves are linear, with a tumid center. Apices are rounded. The axial area is narrow at the center and wide at the ends. Externally, the proximal raphe ends are slightly expanded. Distal raphe ends deflect toward opposite sides. Striae are radiate at the center valve and convergent near the apices.
