  2. Smaller valves rhombic
  3. Apices rounded
  4. Striae parallel to radiate

Tri-undulate to rhombic-lanceolate valves. Apices are broadly drawn out with rounded apices. Striae are parallel at the valve center becoming radiate near the apices.
