Fragilariforma Constricta Guide

  2. Apices rostrate, bluntly rounded
  3. Marginal spines present

Valves are narrow-lanceolate, with a central constriction. Apices are attenuate, rostrate to capitate, with bluntly rounded apices. Spines are present between the striae at valve margin.
