Eight awards of $1000 US will be granted to students in 2023. Students must be members of the International Phycological Society, however the call is also open to students who are not currently IPS members and will join the Society for 2023. Applications from students who received a Paul Silva Grant in one of the two previous calls (May 2022 and December 2022) will not be considered.
