Diatoms of North America We are happy to announce that Volume 2 of Loren Bahls' "Diatoms of Montana" has been published by the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia.
Both volumes represent an illustrated (LM) catalogue of diatoms found in samples from Montana and adjacent areas of Western North America, now deposited at the ANSP Diatom Herbarium and The University of Montana Herbarium in Missoula.
