Compare

Encyonopsis microcephala sensu Krammer has more linear valves with nearly parallel sides and distinct shoulders. Encyonopsis alpina has a higher stria density. Encyonopsis subminuta has larger, more elliptic and more symmetric (less dorsiventral) valves.
